Women don't KNOW man! Trust me I've been fighting with myself on whether to get coupe 19s or not for a long time. But finally the wheels are arriving tomorrow. DO IT!

you can tell a pretty big difference going from the stock 18" to the 19"s, it fills in the wheel wells much better

Dude...you're the one driving the car not her right? 1. yours are 18" not staggered, 2. yours are darker in color & 3. the spokes are sharper around the edges giving you a better visual effect and you get a tiny lip on the 19's. Go get them and stop asking her!

Trust me--thats cute that your girl doesn't know the difference--give her a little pinch on the cheek for me(face) and say thats too cute.

Now, when I see the 18" sport wheels on the road--they look good but a bit "weak" when compared to the sedans with the 19" coupe wheels. If you can make it work with minimal alignment and rubbing issues--go for it. Keep your stockers. You can always sell the 19"s--so thats good. I still think the look is unique, even though its not a new wheel mod.

One with 18"s and one with 19"s.

It's all good, I'm not ashamed to copy off the next guy, I've always liked the 19" stock rims on a sedan, just never looked into whether they fit right and what sized tires I should get.

My 18's are starting to wear so these 19"s are in the works! just gotta get my hands on some rims.

My car is slammed pretty low (on Espelir springs for 350Z) and I had major rubbing issues on the REAR. Rolled the fender & rubbing disappeared! ^-^

When the original tires went bald (225/40 front, 245/40 rear)...I replaced the fronts with 235/35 instead...works great.

Good luck w/ yours, dude!

Coupe wheels

I too really want to do the same, ( 2006 6mt liquid platinum ),but dont want to get involved in rolling fenders on a 30k dollar car. Correct me if i'm wrong but if you changed the profile of the rear tires from 245/40/19 to 245/35/19 should help the rubbing issues. All the discussions on this topic is starting to get confusing.
