Spray tint is similar to spray paint... .its just that, a tint. I bought sticky contact paper, put it over where the LED's shine through, and sprayed the whole lense. I just preferred this method over the vinyl overlays because i've never installed them before, and this way i was sure not to get bubbles or crinkles

tjm... ur ride looks HOT

what kind of spray tint did you use? did you have it clear coated? have you tried removing it?

haven't tried removing it... i'm pretty sure paint thinner should take it off. nah, no clear coat, just the tint. The manufacturer is VHT and its called "Nite-Shades". Cost $7, i picked it up at a local performance shop.

I think there are two reasons for it:
1) the thread was created by a member and it's his thread, so all posts should be about his topic
2) you have a coupe!

good point on number 2 i didnt realize this was in the "sedan" category, all i saw was "Fresh wash and wax", and my reply was on that topic, a fresh wash and wax.
feel free to delete it.

True, but I think it's more about the pillars than the wash.

Doesn't look bad at all on your car. The color, no tint and the fact you have chrome rims seem to establish a look. Everything seems to kinda flow together. I would have thought everything would have looked bad(not so).

I do like the taillight treatment. My black sedan could benefit from some black taillights.

I agree. It looks great with the chrome trim and wheels. As far as tint goes, I used to have all my cars tinted, but my G will stay untinted. I think I just grew out of it with age Sucks to get old I guess.
