can you add the paddle shifters and retain your factory steering wheel? doesnt look like the 350z has a factory steering wheel

u can add the paddles from the JDM 350GT8, but the parts involve cost about 1100 USD

how is the paddle shifting engaged or disengaged??? or is it a full time system once installed...because the VDC and LSD are very good on my RWD 03.5 in the snow and i dont want to lose their functionability. Will the paddles only be functional in tiptronic like the audi??
