The wood trim on the older G isn't plastic FYI. I do like the aluminum in my '05.

I've had the 3M trim pieces the original poster was talking about on my civic si and I have to tell him that they are cheap and nothing like the ones from japanparts.com. they are pricey due to the quality of their trim moldings. they are actual pieces where you had to remove the stock trim to replace rather than just adding a piece of 3M plastic ontop of the stock trim. if you have the money, definitely go with the one's from japanparts.
Socal, my mistake, you and I are the only ones here who seem to have actually been to the japan parts site and understand that those are replacement console pieces

I meant the "silver trim" on models before 05.

The 03/04 was called "Titanium" but is just a color. I like the way it is the whole center instead of just parts including the cubby. The 05's are easier to work on because of it.

I wouldn't get the cheap stick-on dash kits (Dash Kit Specialists). They look cheesy. Go with the complete replacement kits. Also, I agree with BigSash, carbon fiber looks ricey.

This is the kit I put in my G. It is a factory matching kit to the wood that was already on my shifter and doors. I personally think it classed up the interior, but it's not for everyone.
