Hey presumptuous love-fest cop--looking good. Can't wait to see pics of your G with the nismo front bumper and the brakes showing through your wheels.

Looking good eloy! I actually bought the rear RacingBrake OE caliper kit myself as well recently to go with my front Wilwood setup for performance reasons. Did some calculating and figured out that this combo is pretty close to the stock brake bias. My front only Wilwood setup actually added too much front bias. Anyways I just got the rear RacingBrake kit delivered so I haven't had a chance to install it yet. Can I ask you how you stripped the red paint off the caliper brackets? I don't really care for that color either. And would it be okay if I just left the caliper brackets bare after stripping the paint? Too lazy to do painting.

Darren,

I used a product called Klean-Strip Premium Stripper. It comes in an aerosol can and you can get it at Home Depot. You will also need some heavy rubber gloves and a few of the cheapy small wire brushes (also available at HD).

You will NOT be able to leave them bare metal as they will rust almost immediately. I suggest you get them powder coated by Mike Golding. He did mine and he also powder coated several parts for Vinh. He does great work and is reasonably priced. Email him at imspud@bellsouth.net

Let me know if you decide to go this route and I can give you more detailed instructions on how to prepare the brackets.

Sweet looking set-up, Eloy. I like the new Pilots, as well. Enjoy!

Me too. I hate that they don't match the fronts. I am thinking about doing the 4-pot rear kit now that they have it.

My rear kit came with red caliper brackets so I painted the caliper red as well. Looks way better and matches the front.

I have the same kit and also used the directions. My slots face the same way as the fronts.

+1
My Hawk HPS pads get noisy when they are warm. It's normal.

Thanks for checking. Now I can take mine out.
Good thing I have been driving around with all that dead weight for all this time.

I called RacingBrake today as I have pre-ordered rear rotors. They will have drilled/slotted rears my mid-July. Their site is just not showing them as too many people were trying to order them.

Cru - I wonder if they would let us trade up for a discount?

I know because of this site they gave me like 20-25% off my kit late last year.

How about one for the rears.

I can talk to them about a buy and see if they are interested. At least a discount for a $X total purchase.

Sounds like you got the same deal as I did. I bought my kit in October of last year.
