Good prices on 2005 Sedan?

I'm a newbie on this board, so hopefully this is an ok area to post my question about pricing...so here goes...

I'm searching a G to replace my S2000 (need four seats) and ideally I want either a Coupe or Sedan, both in MT, however after driving an 05 Sedan AT I'm open to an AT if the price is right.

So here's my question...

How are the prices on the following:

2005 Infiniti G35
$24,500
Mileage 22,135
Exterior Color WHITE WITH GREY LEATHER
Interior Color Gray
Transmission Automatic

2005 INFINITI G35, PEARL WHITE WITH GREY LEATHER INTERIOR, SUNROOF, WHEELS, HEATED SEATS, AND MORE. REALLY CLEAN CAR.

2005 Infiniti G35
$24,988
Body Style Sedan
Mileage 25,991
Exterior Color Gray
Interior Color Gray
Transmission Automatic
VIN JNKCV51EX5M213056

No options listed...but price was lowered from $27,900 two weeks ago.

Both cars are being sold at local dealerships and were both bought at auctions. As I said, I'd prefer a M/T G, but these two cars seem like amazing deals. Anyone care to comment?

BTW, a quick plug...

I'm selling my 2002 Honda S2000 w/ 23,000 miles, Black on Black if anyone is interested (hopefully being a Honda owner, I'm not shunned).

yeah I would check carfax and do a thorough investigation.

In Florida an 05 Sedan is selling for about 31K on avg but that is with 15k miles and the premium package A, aero and sunroof.
