Show us some pics. As others have said it sounds highly unlikely it will be totalled.

G/L with the repairs.

I completely feel your pain as I was hit just yesterday! Idiot people out there. My front end is jacked up too. You need to search around and find a real good shop and tell the insurance co. that you want to take it there. One of the major issues I was told is that you have to be careful of the labor rate that is charged at certain shops versus what the estimator uses for labor rate. Most of the time they will use a lower rate than the shop, but the body shop should call them back and tell them they need more money to cover this.

Yea I got it towed to my body shop - and the owner i think charges pretty standard insurance rates - he's good so I'll get everything fixed back to good as new. Yea I don't think it would be totalled but it wouldn't be such a bad deal - 07 sedan :-P yummm.
Now if I can get Russ's exhaust while it's in the shop and a lip spoiler it will save me time later on.

I'll post pics when my friend gets home - he brought his dig cam w/ him. I'm still kinda in shock how the this happened - oh well, at this point in the game I just want a rental so I don't have to rely on other people to drive me around.

LOL this is too funny if my car gets totaled i can part it out hahaha.

Just got a rental - through the insurance company - Mailbu Classic what a POS. The rule should be equal or better car - for the amount I pay to drive this car I should get osmething decent!

Yea I couldn't imagine it either - It's just been bad luck I guess? Oh well...dimished value will pay for some new goodies - aka exhaust!

Lol no FI till the car has more miles on it - it has 7003 miles on it! - but honestly I think mods will hold the value more than the car will parting it out - although I SHOULD invest it...nahhh

that does suck *** a cars never the same after its been damaged up no matter where you get it fixed! i doubt they'd total it but you should go ahead a file a loss of value claim. my bro did it with his Z b/c of course it lost value after being hit on his driver door.......

Exactly the door may never close properly / leaks / the HID assembly will sit properly. Yeah I am going for at LEAST 20% repair cost in dimished value - but I probably should go for more than that. What did you brother go for?

Hmmm... I would have flipped if they gave me a Malibu Classic. I'd want AT LEAST a Lincoln Navigator.

Yea I tried - they said they only offer the rental car of the class involved in the accident - he said a g35 is considered a standard - Uhm no? Luxury?
