Same here in fact I have an apointment on Thursday for them to fix a rattle they supposedly fixed last week. So I went to walmart today and bought two packs of felt with ahesive backing per some one else's recommendations here on driver.

I removed the front two door panels and commenced to work. I eve removed the tweeter housng and cut thin strips to cover the speaker edges.

Any way much to my suprise I found that the tech hardly applied any felt or foam. So now I need to find the TSBs to see just what they say about fixing the door rattles.

The felt trick seems to have worked. I think you really have to apply to all the nooksand cranies though.

Sadly now I can hear a rattle coming from the rear deck... Oh the insanity!

EDIT: correct me if I am wrong, according to the TSB, we only need to remove the door glass run (weatherstrip) when installing the felt tape?
That's right, just the glass run, it snaps right out, and then right back in, I did this on mine last night, so we'll see if it stops the tick. Something I did as well, was apply the silicone to the underside of the glass run on the topside of the door where it touches the metal, I had already tried inside the glass run a while back. I have one in my drivers door, that comes and goes, if you lean on the panel, it stops anyone else had this one?

ABQ_G35,

I think your door's noise was addressed in a TSB where they replace a bolt. There are some other noise TSB's at this site too:
