Hi everybody-

Been lurking for a while, but this is my first post. I also tried the "Search" on this topic, but didn't really get anything current/significant.

Anyway, it seems the "search inventory" function has been completely removed from the Infiniti website? Or has it just become cumbersome and hard to find/use, like the one on the Nissan site, and I'm missing it?

I hope it's not gone, because in pursuit of the best deals, I'd prefer to involve dealerships as little as possible, until I've found one that actually has a car I'd consider buying......

Your right it was removed at the start of the '06 model year.
My bet is that the dealers complained.
You can still build your car and request a price within a certain distance.
I did this and got 8 bids in 24 hrs. Bought the exact car from a dealer 65 mi away, Saved 4k. Did all the negotiations on the net. Gave a deposit with my credit card. Piece of cake.

I guess I can see the dealers not liking the inventory search, because it puts power in the hands of the customer.....
