you guys think the grill will look better with the infiniti emblem on the of the grill?

iono, i think it may look even better. (i might **** ALOT of ppl off) but IMO, the grill kinda makes it look like a civic now. thats why i want the emblem in the middle of it. i still like it though, thinking of getting one and sticking the emblem on.

Yea I don't like the grille either, but I think it would look alot better with the emblem. Seen it done on coupe, looked good.

I like it but it does look more ricer. You need the right looking car to make it work. I did it mostly for the extra air flow. My SC heat soaks.

Yes, I'm aware of that, after talking to ttrank...my point was you shouldn't have to use tape to hold a brand new piece in place that was supposed to be made solely for our '03/'04 sedans. Just wanted to share w/ others if they order it, what they'd be dealing with.

Not sure I'm a fan of the Mt. Fuji emblem on this grille in the middle. How 'bout a nice NISMO emblem off to the side? How do you think that would look? By buddy has an R32 & has a mesh grille & the R32 he added to the side & it looks good.

i don't disagree with you, personally i expected the gap on the bottom based on history with the coupe grill regardless of manufacturer. as for the emblem, i've actually got a red gt badge. i'm just not sure if i want to center it or offset it. that and it may clash w/ the silver gt emblems on the side

Wow.. all this waiting for that grille and we get this? I'm rather disappointed myself, and will stick with the stock grille too.

I just bought a similar style grill off of eBay for $99 (+40 s/h from Hong Kong)...I took a chance (was scared about fitment)....and was pleasantly surprised about the quality and the fitment. Both are really nice and it doesn't seem like I need to mod at all...it fits fairly nice right out of the box. The look is almost the same as the UT grill, but mine seems slightly thinner around which I wanted...although I'm not 100% sure this is the case.

The mesh is metal, and the really cool part...the bottom clips are there (from my understanding, all the current ones (i.e. UT) for the coupe and sedan don't have the bottom clips)! Just like the OEM grill...so you just slide the bottom clips into the bumper retainers. I do need to drill the top holes though...

I'll post some pics tomorrow before I get it painted. I'm deciding if I should paint it black (it's currently primered black) which is a bit more agreesive...or just match my car - brilliant silver.
