No, the Nismo kit is plenty low as-is and it has a lip in it.

You know, I have a variant of that. In mine, if you place a sticky note on the window, you could watch it "settle" down as it creaks. I think it's related to the weather stripping across the top of the window, and I agree that it's probably related to your windows being tinted; mine are too (from the dealer's contractor of course).

In addition to this, when cornering, or with music, I can get a faint ticking from the top of the window, near the "b" pillar. Do you get that as well?

last time, only the regulator was replaced, and that only worked for a few days
I've never pulled a part the doors on these cars, but my guess (and it's only that) is the tint guys some how pushed or pull the window a notch or two higher/lower in it's track therefore the window movement range is all wrong. I'd imagine when the Infiniti techs remove the regulators, they pay little attention to window track and only focus on the regulator, which really isn't the problem here. Maybe if they need to be focusing on the track mechanism and not the regulator. If this stuff started acting up after a tint job, then my guess is it's related to something the shop did. Especially since multiple windows are showing the same issue.

I have tinted windows (30%/20%) and I've never had this issue. I talked to the installer the whole time he did the work too. I didn't see him man-handling any windows, but I have seen other installer overwork windows.

Try Dow Silicone 111 before pulling things apart.

FIXED!!!!!!!

"Window Regulator Greese"

I sat down with the Massapequa's "Master" Mechanic for about 2 hours (he is the only mechanic that touches my auto) , tearing apart the doors and what not. Apparently the Silicon greese just was not enough.
The parts Dept found "Window Regulator greese" wedged in the back of the sto-room. Fixed up the windows right away.

When you apply pressure the window is supposed to go down for safety reasons. I guess the greese dried up (prob from when I accidently left the windows open in the rain) and prevented the window from having some give.

anyways, the front now sounds, looks, and moves like the rear windows

I guess others who experiance this issue can now use this thread as reference.
