Not bad for a "cheapo" Pentax point and shoot. Just sold my film SLR stuff, need a digital back for my lens collection... But here they are

Just a dirt road. The last pic, I backed it into a corner at the edge of the dirt road overlooking the water, and realized I could get down low.

That pic is taken at the Naval War College in Newport. I hadnt been down there durring the day in years, but lemme tell you, there are a lot of obvious security upgrades and a lot more activity that I remember. There is no way to get closer to the ships. There Is a raised driveway that is further away, I think durring the winter when there is no leaves on the trees it will provide a good view. Those are obviously decommisioned ships. The docks are pretty small, not huge like would be neeeded to support an active ship, so I dont think Id be able to get an all ship w/ G shot and nothing else We'll see..
