I think everyones kinda right here... the are rated to have more hp...but its basicall the same engine really... my 03.5 g35 is quick and never had a problem keepin up with ne one...or ever really got pulled on badly by ne one but my car is definatly fast then my friends 05x and my other friends 06x...neal my be right about the transfer case...id say the the vq35 of the 03-04 is under rated and probably with something like 270'shp, and is lighter than the coupe so thats why it hangs around...

i have a question since were basically on the topic of Coupe vs sedan...why would anyone get the coupe...not be like an AZZhole but if your gonna get a 2dr car why would you not get a convtertible...i know the coupe is a gorgous car but the sedan especially the 6mt aint bad to look at either and after jsut looking it up, its got the same power and its lighter...and the insurance is cheaper.

also for the record i would LOVE LOVE if they could take the coupe and make it a hard top convertible...even just give it a removable hardtop...

 

^I am sorry my friend, this will sound extremely biased because I have a coupe.

I do not like the look of the sedan, at least not compared to the coupe. I only know a few people who would prefer the looks of the sedan over the coupe, regardless of the preformance difference.

However, my gf's sister likes the sedan more, but almost no one cares what she thinks.

Because coupe handles bit better stock vs stock, looks nicer stock vs stock, and has better seats.

I drove a 2 door through college, and I just find it more convenient to have back doors, even when I don't need them. So I wouldn't consider a 2 door model when a 4 door model exists.
