im gettin a 20x10 in the rear w/ a +40 offset and its not going to rub unless you drop
and i spoke to a guy that has those size rims on his G35 sedan and he said he rolled his fenders when he dropped it otherwise it was good

See what happens when you bolt them up. You WILL rub!

If it is stock height you will be ok.
I have 10" rear wheels (+43) with a 275/30/20 and a 1.0" H&R rear drop. I had to roll mine. If these are 0.5" narrower with an offset almost the same you might be ok with a mild drop like the older 350Z springs.
Key word... might

but on a straight road (im assuming he was talking about that) he said no problem
can someone explain the process of rolling the fenders. i'm pretty sure i will have to do that because i will be dropped on eibachs pro. do you have to take it somewhere to get rolled or can you do it yourself? thanks.
take it to a body shop to get the fenders rolled. you don't want to crack your paint and have to repaint half the car.
+43 or +45 would be good offset for 8.5" wide rim.
