injen cai for about 1 month. I took it to a car wash before a meet and the maf sensor got water inside and my car wouldn't shift above 2.5k. I let the sun beat on the engine for about 1/2 hour and everything was fine. I sold the cai. Does that count since I got rid of it, if not, then my first mod would be my 19" wheels.

Intake, CF Z-tube, plenum spacer, borla exhaust, tint, 20's and springs all within the first week I had it. Nav/system/tv's second week. I consider all of that my first phase of mods.
