yeah it will leave you some killer spots in the sun but the water shouldnt sit on ur car for too long anyway so you should be fine....i dont let anyone wash or attempt to clean my car (especially at the dealer) so i dont really have much of a choice considering my community water is used from a well we have

I don`t know how that Culligan system works, but don`t they use salt in some way to soften the water? Doesn`t sound too compatible with car washing!

Mine has had almost NOTHING but well water. However, mine is VERY soft water. I would not have used my old well, because it had salt and Hydrogen Sulfide gas, it rotted and rusted everyting. My new well is fine.
