My 04 sedan just turned 21k. Any recommendations on required maintenance I need to perform? I try to do most of the work myself. I did bring it in to the dealer for a 10k checkup (whatever that is). I just installed new tires so rotation is not needed. Cabin air filter was recently changed. Oil has been changed every 3500 on the mark. New K&N is clean. Did I overlook anything? The dealer desperately wants me to bring it in for a rip off service. Trying to avoid that.

Just do what the owners manual recommends. Screw the Stealership!

 

you can check the radiator fluid, brake pads, clean the throttle body, clean the maf sensor, check belts

 

Yeah look in the manual for maitenance intervals. Might want to do your tranny fluid and rear dif fluid. I change those about every 10k.

 

check your radiator cap,I'm told thats where the thermostat is.Maybe replace your engine coolant if you haven't already.
