PS I'm always worried something major might happen like AC or tranny but so far so good, should pass the 200,000 mark in 12 months...

175,000 km = 108,739 mi

Still a very respectable number.

I now have 152k miles on mine. I've put 60k of those miles on it myself.

Never had more than minor issues with it. Other than a broken bracket on the drivers seat. Which I welded back.
