I was able to use one existing hole on the projector and made a couple others. Then lots of JB Weld finished them off.

If I had this to do again I would say to use the TSX projectors since they are much easier to mount and close to the same quality. I wanted the best ones I could get so I also got the pain in the a$$ that comes with them.

Awesome work, you really don't stop. I'm looking forward to seeing your pics of these, and your review of the engine dampener and master cylinder brace.

just curious , do you think these retrofits will be sturdy enough for say city driving in nyc? i want to do this bu im so worried the first huge pothole i hit the lights will break..
and yes you cant avoid eventually hitting one in the city.

I think these are extremely sturdy. I mounted them with multiple bolts and a bunch of JB weld. I would be shocked if they ever come loose.

Thanks vodka

I am going to try and do the hood struts and engine brace next week. I don't have the master cylinder brace yet but if it gets here next week then that will go on too.

Sorry for not posting any night shots. I am out of town now and don't have my carmera. I'll try to take a couple with my phone.

yup, it softens the glue so you can pry them open
