Only Difference that I know of, is you don't get the rear vents with the 6MT Premium Package like you do with the Automatic, and the 6MT gets titanium trim and a different console around the shifter... also the 6MT comes standard with the sport suspension..
As far as speed goes, the 6MT should be faster then the Automatic..

to answer your question.... No the 6MT sedan will not be faster then the Coupe... The Coupe has 20 more HP then the sedan... as far as 0-60 times goes, I don't see the sedan being much slower then a few tenths given the sedan is actually lighter then the coupe..

Here's a simple break down of the different figures...
Gross Horsepower: measurement of engine horsepower taken at the flywheel with no engine accessories attached, no restrictive exhaust system, and in a perfect state of tune (useless to the average consumer).
Net Horsepower: measurement of engine horsepower taken at the flywheel with engine accessories and exhaust system in place and in a normal or typical state of tune (also useless to the consumer).
Driven Wheel or Brake Horsepower: measurement of horsepower taken at the driven wheels on a dynamometer, reflecting how much power is available after an engine's accessories, exhaust system, emission control system and driveline losses have taken affect (very useful to know since it's a realistic measure of horsepower in the real world).
When you see peeps say 213 HP @ wheels, there talking about Driven Wheel Horsepower... the figures you see from a manufacturer are usally the NET HP figures.. Although sometimes they will try and pass the Gross HP off as the NET HP to make it look like there car makes more HP then it really does... Nissan tried that few years back on the Sentra and got caught by several car magazines.. hehe
