A price stated as "Out the door" means tax, tags, etc. are included. From what I remember about Cali taxes, $22000 sounds pretty good. One owner is good, too, unless the owner was Budget Rent-a-Car!

Just look over the interior with a fine tooth comb. After looking at about 5 charcoal interior G35s, I came to the realization that the interior just doesn't wear well at all. My prior 8 y/o Maxima with a charcoal interior faired FAR better than any of the used one to two y/o g35s I saw, same goes for the loaners I've had too. I ended up taking a look at a couple willow interior G35s and was amazed at the difference in the wear. I would have thought the lighter color would show more dirt and scuffs. Apparantly it doesn't. The type of leather used is completely different too (softer, more pliable). I never liked the lighter colored interioreds until I saw my G35s with the black exterior. I love it and mine looks brand new. The only issue is I need to run OEM all weather floor mats because there's no way a light colored fabric mat would last.

I still like the charcoal a lot too and is more sporty, but the only way I'd get it is if I got the car new. My favorite G interior is the slate/charcoal setup.

Hi Dave,

i was just talkin about this in the car detail subforum ... the couple of black interiors I've seen have excessive wear and I think it's just the quality of the leather. There are crease marks all over the seats that are lighter than the rest of the seat. I'm tryin to see if I can try my best to preserve it with detailing products.

thanks for the tip!
