Nope, you are not the only one. I don't mind the spoiler at all.

I love it, to me the front looks like the MB CLS, which is a gorgeous car, i hear that it has an "unbelievable" Bose Stereo, i was wondering wut size the new wheels are, i wonder if they fit on an 05' X, we'll have to wait and see

Chad. Was the engine noticeably smoother than the current G?

If so, was it silk smooth or just somewhat smooth?

I test drove the current G and was unhappy with the NVH. Infiniti supposedly addressed a lot of the NVH issues but I wonder if it's BMW/Lexus smooth now.

So how sick is engine bay going to look when you get an aftermarket intake in there?!?!?! I want to give my 05 to my little brother and get an 07 just for that reason. Overall i like it, just not in that color. The 'S' on the badging looks dumb, the car would be debadged the second i took ownership of it. The spoiler is fugly and i dont like the chrome trim on the top of the trunk, with the spoiler it looks waaaay too busy. And the wheels would have to go immediately too.

In that 9th pic down (the one in front of the white shirt/tie guy and the service dept) does the rear end evoke memories of the old J-30 slopeback?

it was pretty damn smooth...whats even cooler is the fact the the other intake kicks in around 4-5k and you can feel it coming on...but the engine is damn quiet and smooth, i'd say.

Chad, thanks for posting...

Dual Intake/Exhaust and it's QUIETER? I've been waiting for someone to say it sounds like the coupe/fx/z.

How's the interior feel? Is it "plasticky" like the current G with future rattles/squeaks? Or more solid this time around?

Yep. First thing I thought was there was a body kit on that car.

Well, they have finally made a version of the car that I can honestly say I would like to have a lot more than my 03.5 sedan. I really like what they've done with it this time. Every other improvement was either marginal, or in some cases a step backwards. But that car is killer and I'd love to have one.

Must...restrain...stick to...plan to keep 03.5....for 10 years...

I hate that Ugly RED letter S. IT reminds me of the one on the rear end of the toyota corolla. And I thought the engine was supposed ot be a 3.7 liter

^^^^exactly...that damn corolla S...lol. but yea, im not trying to hate but i honestly like the gen 1 body style better, its just that my interior is all plasticy and its a 30k car, it SHOULD NOT have squeeks! im dieing for someone to do a VQ35HR swap into a Gen 1 G though...god would i kill the president for those 26 extra hp and that dual intake.....not that i wouldnt do it for less though.=)

p.s. threw that last part in for all the liberals on here, if any...as of now, im republican but HATE what bush has done
