I am not attempting to ride around blinding other drivers but I feel like they could a little higher than they are. I searched and could not find any relevant info. Thank you in advance and I am sure I will have a few other questions since I already have the mod bug for a car I swore I not alter.

Let me try to help, when you look down the Inner rear side (inner as in closer to the engine) from under the hood, you should be able to find two white screws COUPLED together from each side of the headlight. With a + screwdriver, you should be able to sneak in there and turn the coupled screws.
However, please do note that little adjustments have huge adjustment on the actual aimming angle. Thus, try to start with small adjustments (like a quarter to half a turn).
FYI:
-If I am correct, turning anti-clockwise will RAISE the aimming angle.
-The attachment listed a few posts before is a great way to start with, it should help you find the two white screws...
-In some cases, dealers are actually "INSTRUCTED" to carry a service campaign of adding screw caps to the two white coupled screws -- in an attempt to prevent user from playing around with the aimming angle

I was bored so I took some pictures...
I have a couple questions though... which **** is for the height adjustment, and do you have to remove the wheel/fender liner to access it?
Thanks!
