I copied the following from another post. I hope it works for you:
Reset Procedure for the Sunroof G35

1. Press the switch to the CLOSE/UP side to
tilt up the sunroof.
2. Press and hold the switch to the
CLOSE/UP side for approximately 3 seconds
while the sunroof is tilted up.
3. Release the switch once, then press and
hold the switch to the CLOSE/UP side
again for approximately 10 seconds until
the sunroof moves automatically.
4. The sunroof will automatically open and
then close all the way.
If you failed at procedure 3. repeat all the
procedures from No. 1.

Yeah, that procedure is in the manual. I had to do that once too. It resets the system. No problems since.

I just want to add something to the instructions

"3. Release the switch once, then press and
hold the switch to the CLOSE/UP side
again for approximately 10 seconds until
the sunroof moves automatically."

In this step you must hold the CLOSE/UP button until the sunroof comes down, fully opens and then closes fully. If you only hold it until the sunroof starts to come down then the sunroof will only one touch open but not one touch close.
