My last car was an 03 Cobra too. Hence my screen name...it was Sonic Blue. Beautiful, and about 500 rwhp. Full Maximum Motorsports coilover suspension. It's a BIG difference.

I emailed Mr A at VRT last week.He told me they just finished a G35X,their first one.It was quite the challenge and project, but worth it he said.If they can do the X a rear wheel sedan should be gravy.

Yeah Scott and I have had many conversations about it. The rwd sedan is not far off from the coupe so it should not be a problem.

with my 2004AT, I get about 16-17 pure city, 24 pure highway. Highway can range from 22-25, outliers 27, depending on average speed and whether there is a strong tailwind or head wind.

I got my car, so far its ok. When they shipped the car it got dings on the front bumper and hood. They said they will have a guy touch it up and should not be noticible. I am ready for my first mod. What should be first?

OK, does one of these actually work better than the other? POP vs. Stillen?

The POP looks like it may take in a little more air with the open front, but does than mean more dirt intake as well...? Does the Stillen's "signature Aluminum Venturi Ring" actually do anything? Do both manufacturers shields equally protect from the engine heat? Just curious whether this debate/comparison has happened yet.

Thanks guys!

No, I doubt you will see any different gains between the two. I just like the style of the Stillen better. It looks clean and more oem to me.

yea, the stillen intake is a great combo!

I would suggest getting a AEM DRYFLOW filter tho. The Dry filters do not have oil on them. The oil in the filters are known for dirty'ing up your MAF which overtime will result in poor A/F, hindered performance and gas milege. The Stillen intake comes with a K&N oiled filter. I have one, and I am about to replace my Stillen filter with a AEM Dry filter. I will also clean my MAF. It seems that the Oil filters are just do free flowing or just not consistant with there flow.

I gave a link for the oem clear corners at half price from Chad up in post #14 of this thread.

The Stillen is a good exhaust but it's loud and has a lot of drone. If you want something a bit more subtle look into the Borla dual exhaust or the HKS rear section. Plus they are both less money than the Stillen too.

You should also look into a plenum spacer. Motordyne makes the best one in my opinion. It has been tested up against all the others and seems to always come up on top. LINK
