Need Help!!!
OK guys, long story short. While installing an ipod interface for my Bose system I got the wiring in a connector F'd up. If anyone is switching steros or doing anything like that I'd appreciate it if you can help me with the wire color code for the 10-pin connector with the red arrow. Attached is a diagram of the connector with color code. If you have the back of the stereo opened up I'd really appreciate your help. Right now I have no sound, no control over the A/C, no rear or front defroster functionality. Arrrgh!!!! I'm trying Infiniti and Bose. No luck so far.

It's the red one that's messed up. It supplies power to the stereo, CD, A/c controls I believe. When I pulled it out to replace it with the interface connector I got the wires unconnected and mixed up. So now I need to recreate the connector by wire number/color into the interface so I can get power. If I make the wrong connections I can mess something up big time.

if you have pics of that connector it would help a lot too.

That`ll teach you! You should just put up with the crappy stereo like the rest of us poor folks!
Seems like I read about an aftermarket electronics company that had the diagrams for our Blose on the net..Crutchfield??? Any of you audiofiles know? Good luck. Troubleshooting wiring w/o a diagram is tough!

Just imagine a mixture of 10 wires and trying to figure out where they belong in the plastic connector. I taped each one off with electrical tape to protect against short circuit. As far as I can tell I'm OK so far. The A/C defaults to auto/ac 75. What I need to know is the color match to each position in the connector so I can restore power. So for instance :
1= color X
2 = color Y
if you have pics of that connector it would help a lot too.
