the small light bulb is the parking lights...it should come on with your headlights...
yeah i guess I had the bulbs in the wrong way where can I get a good yellow bulb for the fog lights? or even a bright white or blue one?
It's called a city light. It lights up your headlight housing at night so other cars can see you when you are parked with your parking lights on. I replaced my bulbs with some LED's. The bulb number is a 194.
