I find it always helps to have an extra engine on hand. This is how I'd do it:

Build up a separate long block, while you still have the Stillen. That way, you can build it as money comes in. Then, when it comes time to purchase the TT and install it, you have a few options - sell the Stillen kit separate from the motor, so you have another long block to rebuild (just in case ), sell the entire motor/SC assembly in exchange for that person's engine (and some extra $$$), or if you don't want the hassle of an extra engine in the house just sell the whole thing to save you the hassle of tearing it down.

Yeah, I'm definitely a fan of having extra engines sitting in the garage. Soon enough an engine swap becomes like clockwork, then you'll have one for street, one for the track!

Good luck on the decision nonetheless! I've never driven a roots blower, but I have driven a VG30 TT, and it is a BLAST!

That sure would be nice. The shop that will do my TT install has a second block sitting there and will build it for me before the install if I can come up with enough $$ to go that way.

This is such a hard choice right now. I want the power but cash is tight and it's hard to bitch when I have what I do already.

I am leaning toward holding off for a little while and seeing where I am after the holidays.

I would also like to do a TL projector retrofit in my hi/fog beams and get a hand gun so the TT may need to wait.

Not sure, was thinking about a Glock 9mm and maybe just a little .22 for fun.

.22 are fun if you are shooting a bunch (targets etc.) The ammo for mine (.40) is just too expensive to shoot often. Gluck with it.

Glock 19 ---cant go wrong

T-the glock 19 is one of my favorites. I can put a group together with that as well or better than significantly more expensive semis.
