Factory Tire Poll

What did your sedan roll on from the factory?

I'm not impressed with my factory Bridgestone Turanza's and I was wondering what some others might have come with.

Goodyear DS-D 3, only had them for 15,000 miles so far. We'll see how much I get from them

Originally Goodyear RS-A, but now have Michelin Energy MXV4 S8. They are a bit pricey but 100X better than the Goodyears.

Unhappy

Interesting how many others there are. I just went through hell getting four Turanza's that weren't flat-spotted from sitting. Now I think one of them is hopelessly out-of-balance. The wife is really freaking and I am seriously considering dumping all four tires with less than 6K on them and going with RS-A's. I know there are better performing tires out there, but the Goodyears have always served me well.

OTOH, I may just take a BIG hit and dump this car that has been nothing but aggravation.

Goodyear GS-Ds. First set lasted about 25,000 miles.

The previous owner got the Michelins too. How do you like them so far?
Not sure what the originals were. The Bridgestone Turanzas are really noisy tires.

They are one of the best tires around. They exhibit hardly any road noise, smooth feel, and really make the car feel planted when taking accelerated turns or just cruising down the highway. I bought the tires from a local Tire Kingdom store, who gave me free tire rotation and balancing for the life of the vehicle
