well,,, ya got two options...both ways check out autopia.org
but a Porter Cable Random Orbital Polisher w/ correct pads and polishes which will run you about 200 bucks.
you will wash the car, clay the car, than use the polisher to polish the vehicle. than you will top it off with a wax

you could buy some sort of sealant (like Zaino) and just cover the swirls
