for the last 2 days, I have been trying to figure out if I had a leak somewhere. It is good to hear that you had the same issue.

Yeah it was strange. Once I added the other BOVs it got a lot better but now it's hard to tell if it's that sound or all the valves when I let off at low boost. Blow off is louder now that they are all over the place. 
Tony (UMS) said it was ok with just the single BOV but would be a lot better on the turbos if I got a second.
