your "friend" REFUSES to pay?!?! May be a dick move but tell him that he can pay under the table or he can pay for it when you claim a hit and run. And give the police his plates.

Or you could just try to get a dent remover... Something like that cant be too expensive to fix at a body shop. Also dont New Infiniti's have a 90 day warranty on body/paint damage out of the dealer? I think I might have seen that somewhere...

He refuses to pay??? You're friend's acting like a d*ck (I'm assuming since you're friends he's not one...), he caused the damage, he pays. What's his excuse? "Oh, it's not bad, I'm not paying...?" ****.

I would kick his as$ and then tell him to pay. If he refuses, kick his as$ some more and then get his insurance info!!! If it was my car, I don't care who u are don't lean or even breathe too hard on it!!!!

Hot water is a good idea - if you can get someone to hold your friend down, and the water is hot enough, he'll pay.

my dad push my garage door into my rear bumper; damage not real bad but a new bumper and paint was 650 at a good local shop (850 at the dealer). "repairing" the old one was about 100 cheaper and no guarantees...... so I said replace it.

so no one has a resolution to a small dent in a bumper with no paint damage? do the "pop a dent " as seen on tv things work?
