New York State Law:

The Law:

All front seat occupants must be restrained.
Children less than 4 years old but weighing more than 40 pounds may be restrained in a booster seat with a lap shoulder belt.
Children ages 4, 5 and 6 must be properly restrained in an appropriate child restraint system, on that meets the child's height and weight recommendations according to the child restraint manufacturer.
Back seat passengers up to age 16 must be properly restrained, either in the appropriate child restraint system or by the seat belt if over age 6.

But then again, if you had any regard for safety and the law...I guess you would not be going 60 in a 15 mph zone while self-filming and no seat-belt.

You do know if one day you crash into and kill a pedestrian and do so exceeding the speed-limit...Attorneys for the deceased WILL obtain any all information about you and your background...including self-admissions of breaking the law as you have posted here on this site.

+1

If I ever saw you going through my neighborhood at 60+ you better hope to god I never catch up to you. If your stupid antics ever did hurt another person and sent you to jail you would know how cool you are...

How hard is it to go find some old road or industrial area at night where no one is and do this kind of crap? Sure seems worth it to try.

just to make a something clear, since a lot of doods on this forum are hard headed(not talkin to trank).. . i DONT DO 60s IN 15 mph zone...

if u read carefully, i said

IT WAS A DEAD END, There is only 2 houses on this road, they are way out in the woods, and it was 3am...
as far as the seat belt goes, if u want to wear one, do it... get off my dikk about it...

is this a G forum, or some law forum "i wear my seat belt and never speed"...
cmon, keep on topic

i understand where trank is coming from, and i do the same way if someone did 60 down my block... but i said, THERE are no ppl on that road, THERE ARENT EVEN SIDEWALks.. plz, >>>>>>>>>

Enough on this already!!! You don't do this s*** in neighborhoods even at 3AM. See TTranks vids, this is where you film vids in the middle of BFE.
