Question Problems with heated seats?? 2007 Sedan

hey you guys.. i got my 07 sedan a few weeks ago and it hasnt really been too cold around here.. ive used the heated seats only a few times since i got the car and it seems like they dont work.. im not sure if they dont work at all or the heat is just reeeaaalllyy weak..

i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?? I thought i might need to use it a couple times to break it in or something but that doesnt seem to be the case.. it hasnt made a difference at all

anyone else having the same problem?? what do guys suggest?

If they are anything like the seats in my 04 the heat tends to fade in and out. its never really consistant you may have them on for some time and then all the sudden they get warm and then they are gone again!!!

let me know what you find out.

There's big thread about this over in the 07 sedan section. I have no experience with the 07 seats, but my 04 takes forever to heat up and barely heats the lower thigh section. Infiniti probably thought there was no need to improve them. Maybe not enough complaints.

Mine take a while to heat up but once they are warm they are toasty.

I was thinking the same thing about my 07 X sedan the other day. It does seem really weak compared to the rest of the heated seats on the other cars ive owned.

Yeah...you're better off in the '07 section of this forum, since most of us here are non-'07 owners .

IF the heat selector is like on 03 to 06 there is a high and low. It takes a little while to warm, but after that its nice.

If there is no heat, check under the seat to be sure the connector is plugged in, or have the dealer do it. MY '04 seats get hot in high and warm in low. It takes a bit to get fully hot, but they do get quite warm. Good luck and enjoy the great car!
