no i actually got some guy names James Ludwick. he sounds like he knows what he talking about.

Yesterday he gave me back the evaluation and it now is a 50/50. Apperantly my pop-charger might affect the possibility of me winning or even beginning any case whats so ever. He said that the Manufaturer might blame everything on my pop charger (JWT) which was purchased from a Nissan dealer. is this true?

IF, they can relate it to your tranny problem, why not go stock and reduce the worry. They can relate it saying it was added power + added stress to the tranny.
