What kind of springs will work with the non-suspension?

I was wondering what kind of springs should I get for my 03 sedan. My sedan does not have the sport shocks compared to others. I know alot of people are saying get the 350z revised springs but I've read that it works really well with the sport suspension. I was wondering if anyone made springs for the non-sport suspension without having to sacrifice the original shocks? I also have the m45 sport rims on my car and Bigdady1 told me to use the revised springs but I forgot that his car has the sport shocks. Thanks for the help.

You're better off just getting new shocks as well since they are eventually going to blow out faster with stiffer springs. It will save time and money to do it all at once.

^^ Get new shocks or some lightly used 350z or G35 coupe shocks. Look for someone selling their entire stock suspension setup off their 350z or G35coupe. It will save you a lot of $$$

I thought the Pro Kits were designed for the non sport suspensions. Am I wrong?

^They used a none sport for r&d but as someone who had the eibachs the ride was bouncy and there was too much negative camber. Will they work with stock none sport shocks... sure.

Perry, what shocks are you using with your pro kits? Did you need a camber kit for the front? rear?

So you are saying I can use the unrevised 350z package (springs and shocks) and it would lower my car. I've read some where in the forum that someone said that by using the 350z springs and shocks won't lower the g35 since I think the 350z shocks are shorter than the g35.

I am not sure of what you are trying to say with your last statements... I think the person may have meant that the 350z shocks are the same size as the G35 coupe and sedan shocks so shocks alone will not lower the car and that makes sense. I don't know for a fact that they are longer or shorter never compared them side by side. That would be a good question to ask in the suspension forum. As far as 350z shocks and springs lowering the sedan yes they do lower our sedan.

I think it's a better buy if you have none sport shocks and you want 350z springs or G35 coupe springs to get the spring and shocks even better if the springs are already mounted on the shocks because it will save yourself or the suspension shop you take your car to a lot of time lowering your car and it's a lot safer for them as well.

I used 350z springs in the front and coupe springs in the rear. I had to only get a front camber kit. I used the SPL Camber Kit. (www.splparts.com)

Erdog, I haven't updated my signature but I took my eibachs off because I needed a camber kit and the drop was too much of a hassle for day to day driving here in Hawaii... There's a lot of steep driveways uneven pavement and potholes. The Eibachs are just too bouncy and it would cost more to control the springs than to replace them with something more suitable for my driving conditions. I just had 350z/G35 coupe springs put on earlier this week. The drop is about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch higher in the front than my eibachs were and they feel more stable. Once the springs have settled I'll get an alignment and figure out how out of spec my camber and toe is then get a camber/toe kit to correct it if necessary.

Oh and I was using stock sport shocks with my eibach springs.

You will probably just need front camber kit. I have 350z(front)/Coupe(rear) and had to get a front camber kit only. I wanted my wheels back into factory spec's.

Are you still running the OEM front lip on your sedan?? Do you have any rubbing issues with the 350z/coupe spring setup? I may get a lip for my car that is why I am asking.

^ I haven't had any rubbing issues with the lip YET but it's worth having the lip over not having one! Yes I still have my lip. I already start looking at camber kits already so I'll focus on the front instead of the rear. shame the front kit is the more expensive though
