Two pages for what should have been a search...........
Oh well, here's the skinny on removal..........
1. Fishing line.....stronger than floss
2. GooGone......keeps you from scratching surface
3. Scratch X.....blends in the paint removes shadows
4. Good quality wax.......don't use circular motions...back and forth
5. Wipe area with micro-fiber towels...no lint or dust
There you go Garys formula on making your back side cleaner...oh yea, take your time!

Goo Gone?? Save your time , got a 3-M Eraser wheel Put in the chuck of your elec. or phenu .drill 1200-1500 rpm and drag the wheel against the rotation This will remove adhesive w/o paint damage..Ask any autobody/paint guy!
ok, busy this week tinting the windows...but bought the goo gone and fishing line...before i venture though...
has anyone experienced paint fading behind the lettering???
i'm trying not to go the repaint route and my last concern is the paint that hasn't faded behind the letters/numbers.
thoughts?!?...comments?!?!?
