Need Help- Another Wheel question

I've done searches and even posted this question in other threads but no one has replied. I was wondering if this would fit my car?

Volk Gt7's 19x8.5 and 19x9.6
Tires 245 35 and 275 30
Offset = +36 all around

Would these work? I have contacted various retailers and they all give me conflicting info. Some say +36 is too low and some even say I can't put a 9.5 in the back which I know to be false.

Maybe its wishful thinking because I've seen the sedan fitment diagram and it doesn't look like these would work but there is even someone selling volks with +36 and +37 stating a "sedan" fitment.

Oh yeah - 06 6mt Sedan with Sport Package

the front will be fine, but the rear you would like to have ideally +45. Depending on your suspension set up, +40 will work with some mild fender rolling.

it will work if you dont plan on dropping the car or drop it less than 1 inch...other than that, you have to roll your rear fenders...good luck

Thanks for the help guys. I do plan to get some coilovers in the future but no more than a 1" drop. Jut something to eliminate a little body roll and make me feel more planted.

So to be on the safe side I should just wait for a deal with +40? I am eyeing another deal with the same size wheels but the offsets are +40 (front) and +42 (rear).

For those widths, the ideal setup is +35 upfront and +45 to +48 in the back. These offsets should fit with no modifications (no fender rolling needed).

With coilovers you have the option to adjust the height. I know you say 1inch now but you may change your mind later. (like I did ). Take your time, don't rush it and waste money like I did also

I think you will be ok if you roll the rears. I have 20x10" +40 in the rear with a 1.2 drop. They do not rub at all.
