Is this a good deal?

On e-bay I can purchase(brand new in box,choice of color) AEM cold air intake for $225 US (thats $300 Canadian-INCLUDING SHIPPING).

There's also a pop charger for a good price.I'm really just learning here.

So whats the difference between the 2?And does 1 replace the other?

Mostly I want to know if this AEM intake is a good deal.

CAI's won't really do anything for your performance. Go with a Z-tube/Popcharger or Z-Tube/K&N filter combo instead.

 

Unless of course you plan on getting a piggy back or air fuel controler! Then i would say to go with the CAI, if not then yes the z-tube with the popcharger is the way to go.

cais dont do anything but niether will that.. its all about sound when your looking into intakes

 

why would having a piggy back make any difference in your intake set up?

 

you can change ur air/fuel and tell the computer to take in more air. without it its just for sound
