Yeah I was not too happy when I saw that my new tires (Falken 452) do not have as much as a lip on the tire to protect the rim like my last ones did (Nitto 555). Oh well, I just have to be even more careful.

I was worried about that when I just got my 20's for the G as well. I drove extra carefully and didn't take any hard corners for a few days always thinking that the lip would scratch. Then, it occured to me- nothing is going to happen! I began driving my card hard in the twisties again, and never experienced any damage to the outer lips.

I have the EDFC so I change the dampening all the time depending on what I'm doing. As for height, I set it about the same as before with the fronts tucked a tiny bit and the rears at the top of the tire.

Thanks, that makes me feel a little better. I sure hope I don't bump any curbs. I bumped into one backing up with my nittos and the tire stopped the rim from being damaged. Guess it's all on me to be careful.

Car looks great, you've gotta slam it though! I had that same issue with my old tires. I had a 275 on a 10.5" rim and the lip was exposed that like, I was nervous as hell and thought the same thing as Vodka. I thought that the tire would tuck under on a hard turn and Id run the rim into the ground, never happened. I did however, replace the tires with 285's to make myself feel better

hey ttrank im pretty sure i want the CS coilovers, but still debating. On the tein website it says it gives approx drop of
1.02 front
0.75 rear
have you been able to go lower than this? It says its ride height adjustable, but how low can you go (that sounded funny, limbo). Also how is the ride, better than stock?
