Mine has it and the dimmer doesnt seem that great. It only dims if the headlights hit the sensor dead on, and it never gets that dark even then.

 

I would like to do this upgrade as well, again seems like a car in this class would have a standard auto dim, but I guess that is why people buy premium.
Off topic, the whole idea of a gated community seems crazy to me, I live in a neighborhood of million dollar homes and not a gate on the point! But we do have big dogs and beleive in the right to bare arms!!!! Tis the american way...
