Does this system have a droning sound?

 

I rode in a car with a Fuji exhaust and a Stillen supercharger and I did notice a drone. I don't know how big of a role the supercharger played in the sound, but drone was pretty apparent. If you've heard the sound of a coupe midpipe on a sedan, just imagine that sound twice as loud. Just like with the mid-pipe it would drone mostly around 2-3ish RPM (around there). A lot of people say that the Fuji exhaust is one of the quietest around though, so I dunno, I only spent about 10 minute in the car.

 

that was probably the supercharger, all of the accounts i know of say it's very tame.

just found out there is very little drone on the fuji

 

My borla did not change sound with the SC. It's the exhaust.

 

I've ridden in both a sedan and coupe with Fujitsubo y-pipe, midpipe, and muffler, and neither exhibited any drone. They are both extremely sedate, but still provide a tasteful tone upon WOT.

 

It was probably just me then, I am getting pretty old
