No problems at all. I did have to unplug the motors from the edfc and route the wire through the hole on the base of the bar but that's easy because they have a plug right there.

IMO, yes but I did it way more for looks than function. I'm going to do some hard driving later this weekend and get a better idea of how much it helped.

So I went and got some carbon fiber and resin today. I am going to try and make an overlay for the center of the bar and then paint the rest black.

that sounds like a sick idea. I'm painting my strut bar and air shroud night black metallic so hopefully it'll turn out good.

I got the CF put on and am now waiting for the resin to cure. With any luck I can paint it this evening and re-install tomorrow. So far I think it is going to look very nice with the engine cover and black plenum.

Got it from a local Fiberglass/Resin shop called Sticky Stuff Products. They also sell CF by the yard. Needless to say I have a lot left! Now I need to find some other stuff to wrap.

It's not going to be done tonight. If any of you decide to do this make sure and paint the strut bar black first, some silver came through in a few places so I had to do a second layer of CF. Maybe tomorrow.
