I have a 2003 G35 Sedan. The trunk door can be upgrade to 2005 door? This will change the little square with the infiniti letters to the door without the square for the one with big and more spread letters. What is the cost of the trunk door?

yes you can and I found them for 400 primed!

 

Where? What about installation? Also, Factory Touch Up Paint are good? My precious have some small dents.

 

The 2003 has the trunk release on the actual trunk and the 2005 has the trunk release on the rear of the on the driver side of the car so when you switch to the 2005 you will not have a outside trunk release other than the one inside your car or on your key fob. Take a look at my trunk for ex.

 

The 03.5 - 04 never had a trunk release on the outside either, you can only open it from the inside or your key fob.

 

trunk lid only is swappable...the button will not be present he is just switching the doggy door.

 

Yeah you can change it to any 03.5-06 lid without the doggy door. You will loose the button but I don't have one on my 04.
