Advice pls

okay, well just thought id let you guys know that this site rocks! There is tons of great information here and we all benfit from the knowledge of a group as a whole. That being said, I am new to the G and infinit/nissan period. I was a honda/acura for life until i acidentally drove an 03.5G 5AT. WOW!
Well its in the driveway now and the mod disease has got a hold of me.....wife is not happy about that.

I just want to lower the car on Eibach pro kit springs 1.1" drop all around. I want to put 19's 225's on the front and 19's 255 on the rear. I am hoping i am not going to have any problems with this.
Those of you who know here are my concerns:
1) will the car bottom out at any time........ie full car load
2) when making turns, will the front tire rub on the fender in any situation while making a turn?
3) will i need any camber kits etc that i hear so much about.

I have seen so many of your cars and they look sweeeeeeeet. Just looking for a classy car not a pimp mobile!

ANy help would be very much apprecaited.

THanks

If you only really want to drop about 1.1 inch all around and keep it there look into some revised 350z sotck springs. Many members here run those springs on their car and it gives about a 1 inch drop all around. Those eibachs are going to settle and it'll be more than the advertised drop.

For rubbing it's going to really depend on the offset of your wheels. Your tire siizes are a bit conservative, so if your rims don't have an agressive offset rubbing shouldn't be too much of a problem.

BTW, I was a honda/acura guy for life too, but when I saw the refreshed G, it was all over.

thanks

Thanks guys,

How much more will the eibachs settle? The reason i want the eibachs is that my car is a non sport model and the eibach pro's were apparently tested on a non sport set up. If i go with the springs from a 350z, do i not have to get the shocks too so that the rates match or am i talking chinese?

Thanks
