First experience w/ G35 Maintainence Costs...

The dealership has had my car since Friday and I just got back from Memphis so I get my baby back tommorow. My warranty is covering the driveshaft "clicking" noise that happens when I engage the car into reverse and they are of course taking care of the "fuel line leak" recall for it. However I am not too happy that I am being charged 300 FRICKIN dollars for the 3rd brake light to be fixed, give me a break!!!!! I am going to fight this further but so far no luck, they are saying it's a wear item!?? Can anyone help me argue this? Also they are replacing all the drive belts and doing a tranny service but neither one of those costs much....

Thanks for the help with the brake light fiasco!
