Tim, I get my taxes back soon $2900!!!! Would that get me any where with a SC or TC ???

That could get you very close to a used TN or Vortech kit. Vortech is not too hard to install. A used Stillen is ~$3600-3800 without the hood and a used TT kit is a bit more than that.
