New toys this week, Sun stuff.
I added a Sun Hyperforce Ingnition and Voltage system yesterday (two blue boxes). The ignition system is like the HKS DLI II in where it helps with a better spark. I figured it can't help and many have reported good results and even being able to gap their plugs back up to the stock to help mpg. The voltage system helps keep a clean voltage for all the electronics.
If nothing else they still look cool.

paul used to have this. he loved it.
is that the only color it comes in though? last time i checked (6 months back) it came in a few different colors. then again, that sorta fits your color scheme.
not so much mine
the hyper force voltage system was ~300-350, right? how much was the ignition system? where did you pick yours up?

I know the voltage system comes in a few colors, not sure about the ignition.
I got both of these used from my350z. I believe the voltage goes for ~$300-350 and the ignition is ~$350. I paid $400 shipped for both.
They are plug and play with no cutting required.

It seems to idle a little smoother. I'm not sure on the ignition but I have not had any knock since the install. The UTEC is very sensitive and would cut power from time to time thinking it was detonation. We'll see if I have any of that now. So far so good.
Why do I bother to DIY???

Looks cool Tim. I'm really considering doing some type of grounding to help my MPG. My heavy-a$$ 20" wheels really put a hit in it. I was getting 21 avg...and now I'm about 19. I noticed this right after I changed my wheels! The MAF cleaner I did helped...but that was before I got the 20s...that's what I get for going big and cheap.

Yeah big heavy wheels can hurt a lot with city driving. Not as bad on the highway.
From what I have read the ignition system seems to help a bit with that. I need to drive a few tanks to tell you for sure if it helps me or not. Right now I average 17-18mpg. (I like boost a little too much sometimes)
