Personally I don't think it's your fault, she's the dumb a$$. She shouldn't have started to pull out if she wasn't ready to merge.

I agree she was quite fuggly.

Doesn't matter. You're suppose to maintain your distance AT ALL TIMES. She could stop dead in the middle in of the road and your distance should be such that you can stop without hitting her.

Sorry to hear it absolut. No worries man, it will get fixed and be as good as new. I know it sucks but you will forget all about it soon enough. Don't let it get you down too much bro

It is your fault. Sorry no excuse for you. If you did not have time to react you were driving too close to her.

Also why did you leave the cars in the street? Here in Texas unless there is an injury you have to move your cars off the road immediately. It is the law and I actually agree with it. No damage to someone's car is worth the danger and hassle to others by leaving the cars in the street, even for a picture. Maybe nobody was on the street but it looked busy in the pics.

Also imo if any driver wouldn't know they are at fault for this type of accident they have no business driving.

Sorry to be such a dihck but I am getting really sick and tired of all the horrible, inconsiderate, and ignorant drivers on the road these days.

Sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately Giri, you're at fault here. The way you could have prevented this was not to follow so close which would give you time/distance to stop safely.

To answer one of your other questions: BO is a standard black used by many auto manufacturers and is very easy to match.

Same thing happened to me... I was turning right at a major intersection with a pretty long acceleration ramp. The guy in front stopped (me too), then he takes off... I look left and see that my opportunity to merge is quickly coming to an end, so I pound it... Guy stopped for nothing in front of me. I smacked the back of an Altima while accelerating hard at about 30 kph. Man, that was a surprise. I took out the whole rear section of the Altima. $5,000 in damage to the G. ($1,500 was just for one of the headlights). I feel you pain, but yours looks great compared to mine.
