"That looks bad! Almost as bad as my Jag X-type that got rear-ended a month ago"

How did you like the Jag X-Type? Any problems? I have heard that they are very unreliable. No, not the old Jag thing, I have heard the same quality control complaints about the new Jags too. What was your experience with it like? Thanks in advance for your response.

i found out today that the repairs are going to cost $8000. it is $2000 alone for the new rear windshield. my brother and his wife are fine. they arent sore at all anymore. i guess they just were sore for a day or two after the accident. its going to take at least 2 weeks to repair the car and what sucks is my brothers insurance does not cover a loaner car from infiniti. so hes stuck with some p.o.s.

Damn, why are those rear windows so expensive, I had to have the back lite on my '00 Mustang vert replaced, under warranty, but I saw the part price on it, it was something like $2400, those sound inflated to me!

The market rate plus the prorated taxes paid and registration fees paid. The market rate is determined by other G35s for sale both private and from the dealers. This figure is then adjusted either up or down for mileage, condition and options. I have found this a very fair method and actually you get more than if you sold the car privately. The market rate is retail and not wholesale and you would otherwise never recover taxes or registration.
